Coaching Philosophy

As a coach, I follow a very "go with the flow" type of philosophy. Any adaptations I make can depend on the players' performance both at practice, scrims and tournaments and of the opposing team's performance and strategy. I believe that development is what turns a player, no matter what skill level they're at, into the player they've dreamed of becoming in the future, not just in terms of skill and athleticism, but in terms of mental strength both as a player and a person. For me, there's no better reason to coach than to give back everything that the community gave you in your time as a player.
